These terms govern the Speed-to-Lead SMS messaging program offered by Make It All Media LLC, doing business as Startup Teams and AgentifyMe (“AgentifyMe”). If you are communicating with an independent real estate brokerage using our software, that brokerage is the applicable messaging sender, and its disclosed messaging terms and brand-specific registration govern.
Program description
Recipients who affirmatively opt in may receive conversational texts about their requests for real-estate information or related services, inquiry acknowledgments, answers to questions, lead qualification, scheduling, appointment coordination, and follow-up limited to the original requested service. This is not an enrollment in general promotional or marketing messaging.
Consent and frequency
Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in using an appropriately disclosed website form, QR-linked consent process, SMS keyword process, or qualifying verbal consent process, where offered. A message confirming enrollment may be sent. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and conversations.
Cost and carrier terms
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges and plan terms apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and messages should not be used for emergencies.
Opt-out and assistance
Text STOP to the sending number at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message; no further messages should be sent from that program unless you opt in again. Text HELP for assistance, or visit AgentifyMe Contact. Do not use SMS for urgent emergencies.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Read the Speed-to-Lead Privacy Policy for information about collection, SMS consent evidence, use, sharing and privacy requests. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Changes
These terms may be revised as services or requirements change. Material changes will be posted here and do not override your right to withdraw SMS consent.
